You can’t always rely on what you hear.  You may have to do a little testing before you figure out what works specifically for you.  Eating good cholesterol foods is one of the best places to start.  These foods are good for a reason – they do less harm to your body than bad cholesterol foods.

You can hope and pray all you want, but until you start making changes that matter, nothing will change.
