The simple answer is it means your body needs constant nourishment to function at its best.  Anything you put in your mouth in excess of what you need to function will probably lead to fat. 

Here are 6 things you can do to start learning how to be come slim without a lot of effort:

  • Chew your food slowly
  • Eat when you are actually hungry and not when you’re bored or experiencing emotional feelings
  • Eat what you want although it wouldn’t be wise to rely on bad cholesterol foods as your only food choices
  • Eat slowly enough so your brain recognizes you are full.  This is not about being a contestant at a hot dog eating contest
  • Shake your booty.  Get some exercise at least 3 times per week
  • Understand that losing a lot of weight is a process that won’t happen overnight

There’s no magic bullet or easy button here.  You have to believe you can do this.  Start implementing small changes to your eating behavior and exercise routine.
